The birth of a baby is a wonderful event though c section pictures are surgical pictures and quite graphic. The pictures document each step of the surgery and in the event of a problem that leads to legal action, the pictures can be essential. The first picture will show the mother's abdomen being cut. The doctors then continue to cut through the various abdominal layers while cauterizing vessels to stop bleeding. Each picture will show the steps to the actual birth of the baby. When the baby is reached during the c section, the amniotic fluid is first vacuumed to give the doctor more room and a clearer view of the baby. The baby is disengaged from the mother's womb in a series of steps that include first removing the baby's pelvis, then the head and finally the shoulders. At this point the baby is born and he or she is placed in a warmer. The doctor then removes the placenta from the womb, inspects it, and then proceeds to repair the mother's abdomen cuts.
